Saunders Property Co. has purchased Mission Village in Riverside, California, from The Carlyle Group for $37.5 million, or $172,811 per unit. Derek Harris of Harri5 MHC and Eastdil Secured represented both the buyer and the seller.
The 730-unit Arizona Park Model Resort, an active adult community in Apache Junction, has sold for $117.5 million. Negotiating the transaction was Derek Harris, founder and principal of HARRI5 Manufactured Housing & Commercial Brokerage.
